I was overweight, out of shape and my blood pressure was through the roof. We went over my medical history and my goals. Kenny was so professional and thorough and began a workout regiment to fit my needs and my crazy travel schedule. Kenny’s knowledge of his craft and nutrition helped me achieve all my goals beyond my expectations. Not only did I get in the best shape of my life, I met my weight goals and my blood pressure is back to normal. Because of my success, many of my friends and collegues have met and began training with Kenny. If I hadn’t moved 3 hours away I would still be with Kenny and I am very excited about this web site and will train virtually with him. “Fast forward a few years to a lower back injury – Kenny modified all of my exercises and developed new stretches to allow my back to heal while continuing to maintain fitness. Finally in 2010, I found out I was expecting my first child. I had no idea what to expect in the gym, but I was relieved to find out Kenny did! The moment I told Kenny I was expecting, he took extra care to teach me a few things. I had no idea that pregnant women are supposed to monitor their heart rate during exercise. Kenny immediately taught me how and incorporated regular checks into my work outs. I figured I would continue to train for a few months and then retire from the gym until after delivery. Wrong! I was able to continue training until about 10 days before! I thought I would walk and stretch, but did not think I would continue to weight train and do abdominal exercises. That is exactly what I did all the way through my pregnancy!

Did I mention that 9 months later I have dropped all the pregnancy weight and am now juggling a new fitness challenge – making time for mom and getting to the gym! I come from a family that has a history of diabetes, high blood pressure, glaucoma, cataracts, high cholesterol, heart attacks, strokes, obesity, and arthritis.

I have been overweight and unhealthy ALL my life. With being classified as “obese” at the age of 22 with a real health age of well over 30, I knew I needed to make a drastic change in my life. I wanted to change my life once and for all so I could break this family cycle of living that has been in my family for years. I joined a gym in March 2010 and was introduced to the idea of having a personal Trainer. I took that idea, made it a reality and met Inez. With working with Inez for only 4 months, I have lost over 40 lbs, 2 bra sizes, 1 cup size, and 3 jean sizes. I feel better than ever! I’m more active, have more energy and can shop in stores I never could before. I have learned not only how to eat healthier when I am at home but I make healthier choices with food when I am dining out. I have another 25lbs to go but I am confident that with the tools Inez has given me I will get there very soon. Inez has changed my life forever and has been THE BEST motivator through the process. We make a great team and I love our relationship. Inez Sobczak has saved my life! And I plan to live a longer and better one thanks to her!

My wedding was coming up and I knew I had to get myself in shape.

I hadn’t worked out in a while, so just getting to gym was an accomplishment. I started working with Inez and noticed results quickly and so did my friends! Three months later, I now weigh less than what I did in high school, which I still can’t believe. Altogether, I’ve reduce my body fat, taken two inches off my chest, three inches off my waist and four inches off my hips. I feel great, have more energy and the best part – I still have a few months before the wedding. I have had the pleasure of working with Ryan for the last few years.

I had a bit of experience with kettlebells and have continued to gain strength and improve my technique. I really enjoy lifting heavy weights and learning new things.
