Mark Greim completed his MBA in 1999 at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute & his J.D. at University of Maryland School of Law in 2001. Since 2001 Mark has worked as a full time independent personal trainer & conditioning specialist and is the current owner operator of Edge Yoga LLC. Mark has been involved in the fitness & health industry and has been actively training individuals for over 15 years.

H. Orlando James is the CEO and Founder of Kinetx. He has devoted the past seven years to helping individuals achieve their fitness and conditioning goals through individualized programming and direct instruction.
Orlando specializes in injury prevention, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation, particularly in the orthopedic and musculoskeletal disciplines. His work with post-rehabilitation clients focuses on helping individuals bridge the gap from rehab to recovery.
Prior to starting his own fitness company, Orlando held positions as Senior Fitness Manager for the largest Gold’s Gym on the East Coast and as an Athletic Trainer at George Mason University, University of Richmond, and Duke University.

Inez Sobczak, founder and master trainer at Fit-Nez, has more than 15 years of experience as an innovator in health and fitness. Her approach to healthy living combines clean nutrition with a sensible approach to exercise that produces positive transformations for her clients.
What began as a youthful love of activity and movement grew into a passion for fitness that stayed with her during her years as a college athlete and fitness instructor, and culminated in her founding of Fit-Nez, located in Arlington Va.
Inez was first certified as a group fitness instructor while still in high school. Then, while juggling the demands of a pre-law student at Lynchburg College, she still found time to create and implement a school-wide wellness program that included nutrition education and fitness classes, which she also taught. After graduating, she followed a career path that took her to corporate America. But she never strayed from her commitment to fitness or her ability to help those around her achieve their own fitness goals by teaching classes during her lunch hour.
When the economic downturn of 2008 took hold, she saw it as an opportunity to turn her passion for healthy living into a full-time job, leaving her position in sales to open Fit-Nez, her boutique studio offering personalized nutrition counseling, in-person training as well as remote coaching and online training, small group training and corporate wellness programs.
And she has never looked back. Instead, she stays focused on her Fit-Nez clients, helping them learn how to best fuel their bodies and their workdays. Her programs are tailored to each individual and her coaching style is laser-like in its intensity.

I was born and raised in North Carolina, where I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Tarheels!) After earning a degree in veterinary medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, I moved to Washington, DC and have lived here ever since. For almost 20 years I practiced veterinary medicine in Arlington, until selling my small animal practice in 2003.
The transition from a career in medicine to personal training has been a natural and logical one for me, since exercise science and fitness have been a lifelong passion. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers, and I am also a Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified instructor. Of particular interest to me is the interaction between exercise and aging. I also love intelligent weight training and bodybuilding, and look forward to working with people who want to tone up, and look and feel better. But with my background in medicine, I can also offer a greater understanding for the fitness and health needs of people challenged by conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.
My name is Melanie and I am an ACE certified personal trainer. I have a combined passion for fitness and people, giving me the grand opportunity to help educate and guide my clients into living their best life. As a working mom of two beautiful girls I know how important balance is in one’s life. Fitness and health helps create balance by producing the strength and energy your body needs. It also transforms the way you feel about yourself. When you are confident and comfortable in your own skin it allows you to be more authentic and present to those who surround you.
I am a Philadelphia native raised in the Northern Virginia area. While studying Athletic Training at George Mason University, I learned to evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate sports related injuries. During my time at Mason I had the privilege of working with the athletic staff and sports teams of Falls Church High School, Pope John Paul the Great Catholic High School, St Stephen’s & St Agnes Upper School, Marymount University, and the Washington Redskins. Certified as a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and as a Spin instructor through Mad Dogg, I spent the first 8 years of training with Washington Sports Clubs (WSC), a huge North Atlantic gym chain. I later began work with The Energy Club in Shirlington and Foundation Fitness, a training studio in Del Ray. On the side I am a certified EMT with firefighting and hospital experience from the Burke Volunteer Fire Department and the Inova Fairfax Heart and Vascular Institute building. Over the past 7 years I have followed a vegetarian diet that has become mostly vegan at this point in time. I believe in, and strive to help others build a stronger mind, body, and spirit through proper nutrition and physical exercise. I have helped a variety of clients achieve their fitness goals, which has included; building strength, losing weight, gaining muscle mass, increasing muscle tone & definition, improving health vitals (cholesterol, resting heart rate, etc), and rehabbing injuries. I personally enjoy focusing on strength training, building muscle mass, improving functional mobility & posture, and improving athletic performance.
