Angel Stone CPT

Founder, http://www.eshebodycenter.com

Angel Stone is the Chief Executive Officer of Eshe Body Center. Her training philosophy stems from a lifetime of fitness and adventure. At the age of 6, she won her first foot race. That sprint across the playground started her running career and culminated in her first marathon (not a sprint). Motivated by that accomplishment, Angel went on to win a slot on the rowing team at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduation, she became an officer in the United States Army. It was there that her love for fitness reached its height. The military gave her a greater appreciation for life and taught her to live every day to the fullest.

A nationally certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor, Angel maintains a rigorous fitness regimen. In addition, Angel is an active member of the dance community. She has performed internationally and also danced with a popular hip hop company. If you look closely, Angel can still be seen dancing and teaching hip hop classes throughout Metro DC.

Career Highlights and Certifications

Ryan Jankowitz

Owner, Dynamic Performance LLC

www.thedynamicperformance.com

I have been training in the Northern Virginia/DC Metro area since 2005 and am presently certified as a Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as well as a Level I-Kettlebell Instructor through Kettlebell Concepts (KBC).  My passion for health and fitness started while attending Virginia Tech where I began competing in all natural bodybuilding shows and received my Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise in 2004.  In 2008, I formed my own personal training company, Dynamic Performance LLC.

In addition to personal training, I also served as the assistant cross country coach at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in the fall of 2007.  It was a very successful season as both the boys and girls teams became Liberty District champions.  In addition, the boys went on to become Northern Region and Virginia State champions.  My study and practice of Kung Fu since 2006 has shown me that not one mode of exercise will achieve one's goals.  All components of health and fitness; i.e. weight training, aerobic exercise, flexibility training, and healthy eating habits must be met in order to achieve one's goals and truly be fit.
